why i dont rate sausage kings awards from small butchers

 why i dont rate the best sausage awards from sausage kings i rate are fake 

why 

well i have been to every one of these so called famous sausages king  site and  by far don't even come close to a good sausage that was on the shelf on the competition day

they only make it really good on that day not every day for the every day consumer as it time consuming i think its poor on their part

i never entered a competition as i was into making sausages good every day as its not hard to keep the recipes consistent my local customers that  i had gained due to this had told me over the counter  could not tell you how many times i have herd of this this was the whole reason i went to all these sites to see first-hand for myself also purchasing these so called winner sausages i for one would be open to winning the sausage award on a day to day bases not a one time entry fee where $$$ were up for grabs and bragging right are not true due to my above comments 

over the coming weeks im going to endvour to go  to all butchers in perth and southwest to find the best bbq sausage i always belive start with the basics if they get that right generally most other products will follow suit watch this space

Supermarkets have lost sight of customers

 Due to the unforeseen circumstances almost all of the supermarkets have axed butchers. And have gone down the path of pre packed meats to get more life out of these gas flushed products.more worried about selling what they have bought and don’t care about how long  it’s been on shelf  for . So when u go to open that packet you have bought from the supermarkets you are eating a product that has been on the shelf for 2 to 3 weeks maybe more I have even seen them peel usebye dates of and put a new one on to maximise their profits  Not to mention you can only buy what they put on tray even if it’s to much for  you. Compared with the stand alone butcher who meat has only been in cabinet for 3 to 5 days . And higher quality not to mention . I believe the supermarkets have lost their way putting the company first instead of customers.
